Based on your example, you are looking for row and column sums, not counts. The column sum is just the total line at the bottom of the table. You can get the row sum by adding an expression that adds the rows:
=RangeSum(Column(1), Column(2), Column(3))
(Rangesum handles null values correctly)

If this is pivot table select Partial sum for botht dimension in Presenetation tab.
if it is straight table then select Expression Total or Sum of row for Expression tab.
and add one more expression for write column(1) + column(2) + column(3)
