can anyone help me in getting the date by using the year and the week
What date? First date of the week?
you can use, for example:
=MakeWeekDate(2013, 1)

Hi
as far as i understand you have 2 tables with year and week fields but that hold diffrent values.
If you want to connect your 2 tables and see everything disregarding where you select from T1 or T2 you must load from the comon fields
T1:
LOAD ...
Year & '-' & Week as %W // Builds a key, gives for example 2012-45 (week 45 , year 2012)
Year, // keep the field year
Week, // keep the field week
...
FROM
concatenate
LOAD ...
Year & '-' & Week as %W // Builds a key, gives for example 2012-45 (week 45 , year 2012)
Year, // keep the field year
Week
you then get 1 table T1 which hold every year-week coming from your 2 tables.
You can pick any week and it gives you every records where this week is located.
You can go further if you have date field. In this case use it to build your key.
