how to keep legends in row wise?

how to keep legends in row wise?,insuted of cloum wise.

exp:-

2011-12  2010-11 2009-10

I found that moving them was not enough, if I 'dock' the Legend at the Bottom of the chart it will behave well, stay in a line and not a column.....hope this helps
