how to make Variable static ?

Maybe you have some other field not used in set <NOT_IN_FR = {0},RPT_MON = p(DOS),SUBMITTER_ID = ,TAXONOMY_GROUP = , CLAIM_TYPE= ,REGION =, IPA_Type=,YEAR=,MONTH =,RPT_MON= >, which is sensitive to month selection?

How is IPA_MEMBER_ID connected to month?

May you provide script with some test data or sample app to let us have a closer look on it?

I think you should try to change:

p(DOS)

for:

p({<MONTH=>}DOS)

Correct :

RPT_MON = P({<RPT_MON =,Month=,YEAR=,DOS=>} DOS ) tby this part achieve my requirement
