how to map the fiscal year to the rest of the charts?

Hi

I have a scenario which is something like this.

I have a filters now called PM and FLM .Now i am adding the third filter called Fiscal year that displays the year like April 2010/March2011 . When i select this Fiscal year it should show the PM and FLM data in the charts below accordingly.

Your help is indeed appreciated.
