hi everyone,i have to filter the dashboard by order date wise.how to create nprinting filters??i saw filters window on net?is it there in qlikview.i am attaching my excel file.can we do filtering without using nprinting
If I understand you correctly, filtering is a core function of QlikView. You don't have to set up filters the same way as you do in excel. By creating a list box or multibox for instance and then selecting a value, the objects on your dashboard will filter the data accordingly using the green/white/grey colour indicators.

NPrinting is a tool for automatically scheduling and distributing reports to users in a variety of formats. NPrinting filters can only be used for NPrinting. The filters themselves are normal QlikView fields. They are defined as filters within NPrinting.
