It gets showed because sheet size is bigger then the screen size

1)You have to decrease the size of the object which are placed at the corners.

2)remove all the tabs from the view

Move all the objects to the visible part of the sheet. Or use the Fit Zoom to Window option. There's is no way to disable the scroll bars of a single sheet with a properties setting.

Go to View->Tool Bars->uncheck all you will ge more space

you can also try to change the font size, it might help a little.

G Wassenaar is absolutely correct. There is no way of removing the scroll bars from a sheet. Instead you may have to consider your dashboard design to fit the screen better. There are textbooks available on Dashboard design (my personal recommendation being Information Dashboard Design by Stephen Few) and dedicated blogs such as the  QVDesign blog by Matthew Crowther.

Hi,

you can go to Settings > User Preference > General > uncheck "Horizontal Scroll bar" and "Vertical Scroll bar"

But as the people above said its better to consider your design than forcing the scroll bars to be hidden
