how to save a chart format to be used for another data in qlikview

hello everyone,

please I want to know if it is possible to save a chart format used for a data file to be used for another data later. I have used this dynamic tool in SAP lumira before, just wondering if it exist in Qlikview.

Hi,

yes, you can create templates with the formatting settings. I haven't used them yet, though, they do not cntain all possible settings, either.

It's probably easier to just copy and adapt your chart, that way you can be sure that it will look exactly the same.

@datanibbler, can you please send me a snapshot of how to set up the formatting settings or where can I find that under Chart properties?
