Hi,

ItemA and ItemC are the default selections for this Listbox, via a trigger. The event is on the document opening but can be changed to any other event.

What is my exact need is when ever i open the sheet defaultly it has some selection after that it will apllicapable user selections means if we set the field trigger it will applicable in static way but i want to change selections of listbox and multibox after default selections..

No, Trigger on document opening will work the same way as you require.

YOu will get default selections as per r trigger and than the user can change them as per his requirement
