how to show mth in arrears in line chart

Hi

I have attached a file showing the data I want to show as month in arrears

I have to show the Dec data as Jan , Jan as feb etc in the line chart.  I have been able to do this no problem in the table but can't seem to get it in the chart.

Any help appreciated
