how to supres header in pivot chart?
If by Header you mean Label:-
Go to:
Dimensions--> Labels --> Now simply give a space
And then using custom cell format in Grid View, you can make the text size to 60% i.e minimum
This will at least reduce the size.
You might get a better alternative.

It is at least reducing the size by 40% in my case
And after that you can give them same background color as a workaround.
A workaround might be to layer a text object over the labels you want to suppress and set it to the same background colour as your caption. I admit it's not a perfect solution but just trying to add some options.
