how to use calculated dimensions in a extension

Hi !

Anyone know how to use calculated dimensions in a extension ?

like the png, I want to get the column "rate"?

best a example!

another question ,how can i get the "total" value?

rate = amount/total

The only way to currently use calculated dimensions in an extension is to hard code them directly into the extension.  This is actually a bug, and hopefully it will be fixed in the next service release.  See this thread on how to hard code your calculated dimension.
