Hi Espinoza,

Create a button with the action OpenURL. Paste the URL of the pdf document into the URL textbox, click OK and that should do it!

You can also create links within Pivot Table and Straight Table by using the DISPLAY OPTIONS / Representation / Link on the Expressions tab of the Chart Properties. Have a look in the QlikView Reference Manual for QlikView 11.20 SR12 on page 636.
