if my apllication size 100 mb and i have stored it in server side .when i am opening in server how much ram memory it will take?

It depends.

Anyway, even netbook can usually handle the 100 mb files.

when you open it on your local computer, see how much it takes in your windows task manager...may be that is your starting point or a ball park!
