if sum <> 0 than show two calculated mesures

i want to calculate a sum and if it is not 0 than show on a bar chart two calculated mesures

something like this just with sintax:

if(sum <>0 than show [mesure1] and [mesure2])

Sum of what is not equal to 0?? Are these two expressions or one?
