left-outer join.

I am very new to Qlikview and I have to convert my Crystal reports. Many of my reports have left-outer joins in them. How in Qlikview do I do I utilize that same function.

We call them "LEFT JOIN" in QlikView.

On the flip side, you might not need to join the two tables - it's perfectly fine to load both and kepp them both in our "associative database", linked by the join key. The specifics depend on your data model and analytic needs.

welcome aboard!
