line Chart difficulty

I want to make a line chart where the date should be visible when there is change in expression.

eg. if i am saleing 200 units for first five days of month and suddenly it increases or decreases from sixth day. Then only days where change has occured that shoul be visible. how to write expression for this????

I am not sure how you want to see this in a line charts but I am pretty sure you can use the "above()" function.
Something like

If (Sum(Amount) <> Above(Sum(Amount)),(Sum(Amount)))

Check the attachment to see how you can use it.

But further if I even dont want to see the days where it is same as previous. Means from 8thb day in your example to dorectly 13 where its changing next.

I see what you mean.
In that case you need can not use the "Above()" function, because you have nothing to compair it with.

I don't have the answer for you right now, but I will think about it.
