list box showing on all pages

This seems like a simple question but for some reason I can't find the right option anywhere...I've added a list box onto a sheet and I have several other sheets in the document but the list box only shows up on the one I initially created it on.  Is there an option where I say 'show on all sheets/tab pages'?

You can copy and paste to each sheet as a Linked Object

or press CTRL + SHIFT, left click on the object drag it to the sheet you want it in and release the left click

Ok, I copied and pasted the obect on the other sheets but how do I 'Link' them?  I found in the help how to Unlink them but don't see anything similar on how to Link. Thanks.
