loading csv file

HI..

while loading csv file in script what is the use of this code

(txt, codepage is 1252, embedded labels, delimiter is ',', msq);

is this necessary ?

Absolutely yes,

it is the code automatically provided when you load tabellar files, it says you are loading a txt with a particular codepage, with labels as headers of columns, the delimiter betrween columns is comma

what is 1252 and msq

codepage is the set of characters, while msq is the kind of quotes user in the document
