log in failed in qlickview access portal

Hi

We are experiencing some major problems with our qlickview access portal

End user is experiencing loss of connection to the server. ( continue to loose
connection to the server if the QlikView application is idle, even for a relatively short time)

Can you advise what caused this problem?
