what's the period length (365/13 = 28 days or 4 weeks, 1 day left)?

If you want your fiscal year to always start on the same day, you may have 1 or 2 days left every year. Do you want to accumulate them in a separater period every 6 years? In that case, you fiscal year will start to move. After 6 years, your fiscal year will start on the 18th of february.
