not able to reload in windows vista home edition

Hai,

help required.

I am not able to reload in windows vista home edition. System gets hanged.

What is the solution for this?

Is QlikView loading from ODBC at the time that it hangs? What's going on at that moment? Use "generate logfile" to check.
