plugin mode Help runtime script error

The error is shown , press F1 (help) key from (IE plug-in) ... Do you know why this phenomenon appear ?

I get exactly the same error when I run the plug-in. It is non-fatal... meaning that if you use answer OK and OK - the helpfile is still working. I think it is a long-time bug and it has to do with the JavaScript and the CHM-file that has not been updated for several IE-generations ... I am guessing. I have remember to have seen this error for a very long time at least the last two years or so....

Error correction.
After downgrading to version 10 and deleting win7 reinstall qlik server failure symptoms had disappeared
