position of scrollbar in a graph

Hi,

I have a graph showing values per month  (cf capture1).

the need is as follows

when the user selects a month, the graph should be displayed with this month on the right side (cf capture 2)

is there a way to achieve this (it must work on web of course)

Are you playing with the animation? or What ever selects you want to move right side of the diagonal which got filter and remain as it is?

what I want is :

when the user clicks on a bar, this bar appears on the right side of the chart
