Hi Al

I have a filter which has 6 fields in it , to sort it i need to write  an order expression , for which i see the fields under the filter according to the required oreder.

But when i set " Always Select One Value" and try to select the filed it keeps moving to the first place . I want it to be fixed .

Is ther any way to do it ? I need to have the  expression checked becuase that is required for the order.

Iam attaching a QVW from sample data . please look into this .

HI,

Try to uncheck the State check box in SORT tab

Or try this in expression tab

wildmatch(only({1} Field,'value1',Value2')

Go to sort tab of list box

Untick State (Auto Ascending/Ascending/Descending)

Nothing is checked except expression ,

becuase i need the fields to be shown in that perticular order , And it should not be moved to first place when i slecet them . It should remain constant at the same place

can you share your expression?

your list box have vertical scroll bar? in that case it will jump to 1st place by default

Under sort there is only expression being checked becuase that is needed for ht esorting .
