problem regarding the opening of app in ie plugin

we have developed an qlikview application for a company named davita, we cannot open the application in internet explorer . so Is there is any other way to recover this??

What error are you getting? how about Google Chrome?

if not working in IE, just try to uninstall and reinstall Qlikview IE plugin and then try it again. Thanks
