qlikview webticket issue

Hi all,

I use Qlikview webtickets.When  I assigned the NameCal to User A, then it's OK. But  when I assigned the DocumentCal to User A,

then error comes: Access denied! The server (QVS) has no USER CAL for your account. Please contact your system administrator!

I am sure I have assigned the docCal to the userA. So what's wrong?

DocCal can be used in the webticket?
