"Edit script" and "Document properties" are disabled

Hi All,

I have a problem with some files in qlikview desktop ,after I open a file and do some changes ,the ‘Document Setting’ and ‘Reload’ options become gray, could anybody please help me out of this?

And I should add that another user has created this file and when I login with her username everything is ok and the items are active
