"Error Contacting Server" in iPad/iPHone app Qlikview for iOS

When using the Qlikview for iphone app- I enter my access point in the app- automatically a pop up show sup saying "Error Contacting Server".

I can ignore the message- and put my credentials...but then get "Authentication error"

This is for my external server communicating from the outside.

My internal server works okay (in the domain) with the IIS settings on AJAX (Windows AND Anonymous Auth enabled).

This same setting wont work for my external server though- port 80 is open.

Qlikview version: 12.0.20001.0

iOS Qlikview version: 2.4.2

The fix in IIS:
qQVAJAXzfc- Click Authentication - Anonymous Auth - right click anonymous auth - click edit - check box application pool identity.

---

Make sure "enable anonymous auth" is enabled in IIS for qvAJAXzfc folder
