reload task failed

Hello,

One of my reload and distribute tasks had failed. I woud like to know how can I know the cause to resolve it

Did you check the log in the task history on QMC? Did you enable the Document Log File from Doc properties, If not enable that and reload the task on QMC. When it fails it generates the log file and can be located in QDS logs on server.

Can you please follow these

1) How do you say this Task is failed?

2) Can you check again the scheduler?

3) Try restart all services?

4) And then tell me what are the issues USER facing?
