section access sheet wise

Am trying section access in my application. But not working while sheet level access.

Please find the screenshot for the same.

in Sheet Properties->formula which I mentioned is correct? or changes need to do

Hi,

I have UserID, Access and Group in Sheet1

Group and Sheets in Sheet2.

As per Userid and Group wise Sheets should show. But that is not happening.
