show all dimension values in the axes, but not nulls

Hi

i have a chart like showed in the figure. I want to always show the dimension values, even if there is no value, when filtering, but i do not want to show an empty dimension value in the axes

i attached a qv file: the final chart shall always look showing the full dimension values in the axes from (1 to 7). If there are no values, for say 3, it still needs to show it. What it shall not show, is an empty "text" in the axes, even if there are values inside
