sum distinct aggregation

hi all,

i have a case here,

as shown on the sample picture here,

on the picture,i got a pivot table that shows a groups and their shareholder debts,

that each group has subsidiaries, and a company has shareHolders that each shareholder has account that refers to the loan/debt,

the question is when i sum([totalDebt]) the result will sum all debt no matter the shareholders are in one company or many company (holder2 and holder4),

so the result is 51200, but in this case the desired result is 32100

i've been trying to use aggregation function to distinct each holder's debt sum as

(Sum(Aggr(DISTINCT [PH],shareholder))) , but the result seems wrong,

could anyone help me please, thank you all
