two dashboard by selection in ranking file

How to make two dashboard by selection in ranking file in first dashboard for head/manage/supervisor and the second dashboard is for supervisor/rank & file if i select the manager suppose to be appear in second dashboard all the staff and supervisor under his group.

how can i do that.

Thank you qlikviewsam  for your support i really appreciate,

but what i l need in 1 chart was the list of data Manager and the

second chart is right Supervisor  and Rank & file data list.
