how and where can i put a unequal condition like if(Value<>20824,) in this row

=SUM({<Year={'$(vMaxYear)'},TCMSALESORDERDATE={'<=$(vMaxDate)'},Month=,Day=,MonthYear=>} SALESPRICE*QTYORDERED)/1000

=SUM({<Year={'$(vMaxYear)'},TCMSALESORDERDATE={'<=$(vMaxDate)'},Month=,Day=,MonthYear=>} if(Value<>20842,SALESPRICE*QTYORDERED))/1000

but there is no response

I thought you wanted this condition in set...  Did you try it?
If you want "if", maybe you just need to add 0:

...

if(Value<>20842, ..., 0))/1000
