user unable to access dashboard

Hi,

I have few dashboards in my qmc and although document CAL is assigned to aparticular user, he is unable to view the dashboards in his acces spoint. Also, please note that 'allow dyanmic CAL' option is checked in all these documents. Is this the issue ?

If I just uncheck it, will the issue be resolved or do i need to distribute that dashboard again for the user to view them ?

check do u have access to this doucment

also check in hidden script is there any error

or

Check weather  ur hidden script details is in upper case

Section access is not there for this document.

I am able to access this document from my id.

Even this particular user was able to access the documents few hours back from a separate network.

He had document CAL (which had the dynamic CAL assign option enabled). I have even given him named CAL by removing another named CAL.

Still, the issue persists.
