I got a pivot tabel showing amount of salesitems sold per month and year.
so it count items sold i january 2011 to be 31
items sold i january 2012 to be 31
and items sold in january 2013 to be 43
because items sold in 2013 is over the two others years I want the number or backgorund to be green.
If the number is equal it should be yellow or lower it should be red
How do I go about that???
Hi
Click the small + sign next to the expression for amount sold in the properties dialog for your table. Select Background Colour and add an expression to set the colour to green, like this
=If(<your expression goes here>, LightGreen())
Hope that helps
Jonathan
Hi Jonathan
Yeah that is ok, but I got three dimension, see table
Ex. for 2013 in the total I want the background to be green except for april where the number is lower – it should be red?????

Hi again
As you can see I got it working somehow
But only on the total – I want it working on the months
I used this in the expression(text color)
=if(count(if(ANMAAR='2013',JOURNALNR)) >= count(if(ANMAAR='2012',JOURNALNR)), green(), red())
How do I get it to work on the months
