weekly report

hi folks,

can i generate weekly report by using day wise sales?

source file: jan 1- jan2 -jan 3-jan 4 -jan5-jan6-jan7

                 1200-1300-1400-1500-1600-1700-1800

required report style:

jan 1-jan 7 sales -----10500

jan 8-jan 14-------------120000    like this

source : excel file.

target : straight table

Hi again! If you want the dates to be displayed in the report you could use
=
weekstart(salesdate)&' - '&WeekEnd(salesdate)
as calculated dimension in your table.

Hi!
If qlikview understands the date format in your excel file you could either create a week field already in the script by usind week(YourDateField) och you could just use the same expression as an calculated dimension in your straight table. WeekYear(YourDateField) if you want the year as well.
