Hi Venkat,
If you are talking about a Full Load or Partial load the difference is in a Full Load all data is refreshed. In a Partial reload only the data that has Replace Load is refreshed.

I think the answer depends a little on the context.
You could think of a full load requesting all records from a DB table vs. an incremental load (using a where clause to only get updated records from the DB).
