where to get qlikocx.ocx

Hi,

This is the first I have heard of such a thing in Qlikview and I am very keen to learn what I can do with it.

I got the refernece mantual, but I can' seem to seem to find qlikocx.ocx on my computer, where can I get these files?

Anybody has a sample application using qlikocx.ocx that they could share.
