Hi Siva,

If you want to see Top N by a dimension then this comes handy.

Example: Top 5 Customers, Top 5 Products

Jagan.

Dimension limit tab is not available everywhere. Moreover, we have Rank() function to use it anywhere we require.

Hope this was helpful.

Thanks,

This is one of the new enhancement added to Qlikview 11 that you can limit your dimensions using Dimension Limit tab. Since it is an enhancement, the same thing can be done by using rank() or other functions in previous versions as well.

Hope this was helpful.

Thanks,

Singh

Hi,

For Pivot Table you don't have this option, Rank() is used over there.
