xl task?

Hi experts,

i have a xl sheet  in that sheet  first page(sheet1)  it self i made 3 tables indidually

here my req is i want load that 3 tables indidually ?

if i go for load then it shows sheet1 only  but  in my sheet1 it self it conatain 3 tables?

how to load  each table indidually?

Sheets and Named Ranges will show up as tables in the File Wizard. So if you don't see your tables listed then you haven't given names to the ranges of these tables. Select the range and enter a name in the Name box to the left of the formula bar.

Example:

Sheet1 of the attached excel file contains two Named Ranges.

Here the Named Range called MyTable1 is selected:

just giving the space between one table to another table thats is nothing but range here?
