Straight Table Total for Sickness Rate Calculation
I am trying to calculate the sickness absence rate my calculation is as follows;
(((DailyHrs)* ([FTE Days Lost]))/ ((DailyHrs) * (DaysInMonth)))
DailyHrs being hrs worked in day, FTE Days lost being sick days taken, Days in Month explanatory, i originrally had pivot but this expression total was way off instead of 3.63% i was getting 7000 odd per cent as it was doing the calculation that that level.
I have since changed to a straight table as such the total using sum of rows is what i need i need to use this figure for for the first half of the calculation above however at the moment it is taking sum of DailyHrs and multiplying by sum of FTE Days lost, this works for individual employees but when grouped throws figures way.
I have attached screenshot to show table any help would be greatly appreciated as this is the only indicator i am missing but am struggling like made [:(]
