SAP Connector Issue
QlikView was migrated to Amazon servers, and from there it is trying to make the connection to SAP, for which the connector QvSAPEXTRConnector is being used. The versions used are:
- Sap Connector - 6.0.124
- QlikView - November 2017
The connection is created and when it is validated it is done satisfactorily
But when I try to extract the information it sends the following error
The questions are:
• Sap Connector version 6.0.124 is compatible with the version of QlikView November 2017.
• In case that if the connector are compatible, that another configuration must be done, since it allows to connect but not extract the information.
• In case that if the connector are not compatible, which version of Qlik Connector is recommended to install?
Thank you

Hi Pedro,
Is there any information in the Extractor connector log or in the Extractor service log?
You can always try to upgrade to the latest connector release which is 7.0.1. There is a backwards compatibility for the Extractor connector, so if it is not possible to import the 7.0.1 SAP transports, you can install the 7.0.1 'dll' file on the Windows side and use that.
You also have to install the 7.0.1 Extractor service.

Hakan

Hi Hakan,
I installed the Qlik Connector 7.0.1, but when I tried to connect, I had the error
Log File
2018-11-28 21:15:35 Info [settings.config] - logging: [ERROR] [WARN] [INFO]
2018-11-28 21:20:20 Error Client connection, IP=[10.XX.XX.XX], is not accepted. Default IP address is 127.0.0.1.
2018-11-28 21:20:20 Error Please update the file: C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\Custom Data\QvSAPConnector\settings.config, to allow this client connection.
Then, I changed the file settings.config and I aggregated the IP of the SAP Network Service, but now I have a new error:

Hi Pedro,
Sorry for the late reply. Did you manage to fix the problem? You can check here if the Qlik SAP Network Server service is set up correctly:
This document contains some useful information about the Extractor connector:
