Running QV version 9.0.7119.4. We are getting
Program: c:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
abnormal program termination
No users can access the single qvw using QV Server
It document opens fine in Local client. I have tried shutting down the service and re-starting it. Still no access.
In the logs it has a warning: The document .....failed to load for unknown reasons (e=14) [22}.
I stopped and re-started the QV server and QVWebServer. This has fixed the issue for now. I believe the client needs a more powerful server to support the application.
I'm getting a similar error, and I too think it's down to resource. difficult to pin down though...
You have to Upgrade window patches. I faced same probelm. But After Updating window Patches it resolved
Specifically which patches did you apply? And what environment are you running? Windows Server 200?
We are running window 2003 server 64 bit. Pls visit microsoft site for patch updation. if you on window update then you can see what are the list of patches that have to update and also no of update.
Patches is nothing but system program .
