Extensions - Open in Server

Hi,

I have a Geo-map extension installed on QV-server 11.2 SR5 and have the following problem when opening with local client a QV-document on QVS:

File -> Open in Server -> extensions not working, no web view available, message: unknown chart type

Extension works fine if I open it via 'Open URL' in same QV Server, but only if I define the exact URL

Extension works fine if I open same QV-document via any browser on access point

Is this a known problem? No other extension works! Any answer would be appreciated!
