How can I install a clock in "Flash" on my dashboard?

I need to Install a clock in flash in my dashboard. I have the file, i need to know how create an extensions object. What have I to write in the Definition.xml? And in what format have i to save the script?

Yes, but i don't know what i have to write in the Script and in the Definition. I have the object in Flash.

I have 3 files:

clock.html

clock.swf

clock.fla

What i have to do to transform this three file in an extension object?
