How can i Show all values on extension (irrespective of current selection)

Hi,

How can i Show all values on extension (irrespective of current selection) ?

for example :

I need to develop extension that show a graph . when selecting a node from the graph or select row on one of the other objects (in the same sheet), i need to Chang color of the other unselected nodes (but still to show them).
