Issue regarding extension object

I have created organizational chart and web page viewer (Extension object) ,its working in qlikview application developement but it is not working in qlikview access point(Browser),it get disabled.Can u help me?

Did you put the extension files on the access point server?

From http://www.qlikfix.com/2012/07/03/qlikview-extension-tutorials-documentation-and-examples/:

"On the server side, installing extensions is a little more work. You have to manually change the extension of the .qar file to .zip and extract the contents of the file to:

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer\Extensions\Objects

for Object Extensions, or to:

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer\Extensions\Document

for Document Extensions."
