Redirect URL

We have a requirement as "If the user is trying to access the Access Point URL http://test.qlikview.com it should redirect to

https://dev.qlikview.com" .

Our setup has the default login page enabled in QMC.  So where do i place the redirect URL code. I need to place it in the

Login.htm or index.htm?
